An appeal relating to 75 dwellings and employment use in Templecombe was allowed with an award of costs against Somerset County Council for its position on highway access.
KTC, acting for Mead Realisations and working with Ian Jewson Planning, successfully argued that the appropriate highway standard was Manual for Streets and not Design Manual for Roads and Bridges as contended by Somerset County Council.
