Following on from leading the highway and transport input to the successful Cabot Circus major retail project in the centre of Bristol Roger is now advising on the adjacent Callowhill Court proposals. The proposal is for in excess of 100,000m2 of mixed use retail, commercial, leisure and hospitality floorspace as well as providing 150 homes and a new multi-storey car park.
An outline planning application was submitted to Bristol City Council in December 2016
