Felicity joined KTC in April 2013 as a Graduate Transport Planner. Felicity graduated with a Geography degree in 2011 and also gained a Master’s in Planning before joining the company. Felicity studied part-time over her first few years at KTC and has since been awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Transport from UWE and has subsequently been promoted to a Transport Planner.
Whilst at KTC, Felicity has worked on Transport Statements and Transport Assessments for residential developments, schools, hotels, medical centres and the relocation of two football clubs. Felicity has produced technical drawings to illustrate highway improvements necessary for the construction and maintenance of a number of wind farm and solar farm developments. She has also produced sustainable travel packs to accompany numerous Travel Plans.
Felicity has been trained at KTC to a proficient level in the use of a number of software packages, including: AUTOCAD, AUTOTRACK, TRICS, TEMPRO, ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG
Outside of work Felicity enjoys trips home (to Southern Ireland) and backpacking around Asia (the highlight of which was getting to meet the elephants!). She is a recent convert to running and is now often found running anything from half marathons to ultra marathons at the weekends.
