Victoria joined KTC in the summer of 2013 as a Principal Transportation Engineer and has over twelve years experience in transport planning and traffic engineering. Victoria has a degree in Civil Engineering and graduated from Cardiff University in 2003. After a gap year Victoria moved to Bristol from sunny Devon and started her career in transport.
Victoria has wide experience working on a range of projects including transport assessments, transport statements, travel plans, modelling, microsimulation, highway design and consultation.
Whilst at KTC, Victoria has worked on Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for residential, business and mixed use developments. Victoria has also liaised closely with a number of primary schools to produce School Travel Plans for expansions of the schools.
Victoria undertakes the Travel Plan Coordinator role for a number of residential developments in the south west, managing travel plan measures and the monitoring of the travel plan. Victoria has also undertaken analysis and reported on the monitoring of a recently implemented travel plan for a large company in Bristol and for the new Stonehenge Visitor Centre.
Outside work Victoria is kept very busy with her 4 year old daughter, 2 year old son (and husband!). Victoria is a keen hockey player and plays for Old Bristolians, one of the local hockey clubs as well as attending a normally wet and muddy weekly bootcamp in Nailsea where she lives.
