KTC is very pleased to have been able to assist Dandara with the first resolutions to grant planning consent in the Bedminster Green Framework Area in Bristol since the City Council Cabinet approval in March 2019. Following the Committee decision on 30th September 2020, the regeneration of this run down area can proceed bringing 316 build-to-rent and affordable much needed new homes, and rationalisation of city council car parks will lead to a well-designed multi-storey car park to serve the East Street retail area.
