KTC is very pleased that a resolution to grant planning permission for development at Plot 3, within the Bedminster Green Framework Area, was passed by Bristol City Council on the 30th June 2021. KTC is providing transport planning advice to Sydney Freed Holdings on this development for 819 students beds and flexible workspace. KTC is providing transport advice on 4 of the 5 plots within the Framework Area which will provide much needed regeneration of the area.
