Over 460 new homes are to be provided together with ground floor office and retail/restaurant floor space in the Redcliffe area of Bristol following grant of planning consent in early 2022. The scheme will also deliver significant improvements to Redcliff Street, Three Queens’ Lane and St Thomas Street adjoining this major city centre redevelopment. The wider footways and narrower carriageways will change the nature of this area from one dominated by wide carriageways constructed to service the previous industrial uses on the site.
