KTC was delighted to hear that Bath & North East Somerset Planning Committee has resolved to grant planning permission for around 213 homes at Withies Green, East Keynsham. KTC has been providing transport advice to Mactaggart & Mickel Homes on land at East Keynsham since 2013 and Withies Green is the next phase of development following on from the development now known as Hygge Park. Working with the design team including Tom Rocke Associates, Clifton Emery Design and fpcr, the development has a strong focus on sustainability. Very significant improvements are proposed to offsite walking and cycling facilities including improvements between Saltford and Keynsham Town centre, with a largely segregated cycleway along the A4, and a link to the Bristol Bath Railway Path.
