KTC was retained by P Yates Limited to provide transport advice on redevelopment of a car wash and car sales site on the south side of the A4 Bath Road for new residential development. The development consists of 31 flats, split into four one-bed flats, 23 two-bed flats and four three-bed flats. The site enjoys excellent accessibility to employment, shops and services by non-car modes of travel.

Planning permission was granted in November 2022, the site was sold and there is currently a planning application to vary details (May 2024).
