KTC was appointed by Cotswold Homes to provide transport advice in respect of a proposed residential development in the village of Bishop’s Cleeve, located within Tewkesbury Borough, in Gloucestershire. The development is on the site of former allotments and a new ghost island right turn lane junction was required on to the A435. Liaison was required by Gloucestershire County Council and Highways England (now Highways England). The proposed development of 113 residential units received planning permission in July 2022.
