KTC assisted with the planning consent in 2008 for Bank Place, the redevelopment of the former Temple Way House in central Bristol. Apart from the demolition of the former Clerical Medical office, the development stalled due to the economic recession. KTC was therefore delighted to be appointed by AXA IM Real Assets and Bellhammer on the Assembly project. The scheme makes the most of its setting on Bristol’s Floating Harbour and Temple Way, and will provide almost 300,000sqft of employment led mixed uses. KTC’s Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and highway improvements formed part of the planning application that was approved by Bristol City Council at Committee in March 2017.
