KTC was pleased to assist Kilo Properties in securing planning permission for an M&S foodhall on the site of Exmouth Bus Station in Exmouth. The bus station served only a limited number of bus services and these now call at facilities nearby.
The foodhall includes a café along with car and cycle parking and a dedicated service yard. The site enjoys good accessibility as it is close to the town centre, Exmouth Railway Station is located next to the site and there is a cycleway on Marine Way close to the site frontage. KTC provided a Transport Assessment and a draft Travel Plan for submission with the planning application. The foodhall opened in spring 2017.
