KTC is pleased to have assisted Crest Nicholson with a planning application for the redevelopment of Paynes Shipyard and Vauxhall House on Coronation Road, Bristol which received a resolution to grant at Committee in late September. The development will transform a rundown industrial site to provide 154 new homes and a riverside pedestrian walkway that will eventually link to the Western Harbour development area. The topography, river frontage and busy A370 Coronation Road frontage all created challenges to the development that were ultimately overcome.
