KTC was retained by Cotswold Homes to provide transport planning advice in respect of a proposed development on land located to the west of Trinity Lane in Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire.

This development follows a similar development, east of Trinity Lane, that we worked on again for Cotswold Homes.

The development comprises 90 dwellings, of which 32 dwellings are affordable homes. Twelve of the affordable homes are apartments. The site is well located to local facilities and services, including schools, retail shopping outlets, bus services, various employment opportunities, and other facilities.

Planning permission was granted in 2022 and the development is currently (2024) being constructed.
