KTC were delighted to learn recently that planning approval was secured for the Launchpad project in Alexandra Park, Bristol. Launchpad is a development catering for a mix of residents comprising students from poorer backgrounds eligible for assistance with accommodation and young people ‘moving on’ from supported accommodation. The modular development comprises 34 one-bed units. Homelessness is a significant problem in Bristol and KTC were pleased to provide services at discounted rates to support this scheme which will help previously homeless people with independent living.
