Planning consent has recently been granted on two medical centre sites on which KTC has worked with Osmond Tricks. Firstly, having assisted with the consent a number of years ago for a new medical centre in Radstock, KTC has assisted with the consent to convert the existing listed medical centre buildings into residential apartments. KTC also assisted with an urgent planning application for a temporary expansion of a medical centre in Newbury, meaning that staff will no longer have to work in corridors and cupboards due to the critical shortage of space.
